I can think of three...
Barkatullah Khan...karachi fast bowler from the eighties, sadly died of cancer at the age of 29
Prince Aslam Khan...took a double hatrick against the visiting Indians in '54-'55 tour
Nadeem Yousuf...played for MCB in the 70s...allrounder who is in Wisden for being one of eight in all of First Class competition to have scored an unbeaten double hundred after his team was asked to follow-on (the other eight also includes Bradman, Hutton, and Hanif Mohammad)

I can remember Abdur Raqib of Habib Bank in the 80s. He and Qadir made an excellent spiing partnership. I don't think he ever played or even got selected in the squad for Pakistan. I think politics kept him out of national team. His first class record is impressive.

I don't see how the thread title is confusing. It should be pretty obvious that he means who are the best Pakistani domestic players who never made it up to the international squad.

In the current lot, I would include Faisal Ather, Rafatullah Mohmand, both are opening bats...
Also a couple of openers from the eighties who played a few ODIs, but never got a chance at the test level, Moin-ul-Atiq and Sajid Ali...
