Saeed Ghani is basically a perfume (attar) shop that has everything that a bride may need to beautify herself before the wedding like ubtan, arq-e-gulab, mehndi, herbal soaps, sandalwood powder and suhaag pura. It also has jora packing boxes, favour boxes, doodh pillai glasses, mehndi trays and loads of other things. The shops are all over Karachi. I have gone to the ones at Park towers, Tariq road, Dolmen Mall and forum. I really like the ubtan they have.

Suhaag Poora/pura consists of things that the in laws give to the bride so that she can beautify herself. It think it has ubtan, mehndi, oil, sandalwood powder/paste, afshaan (glitter) and kajal. Just a collection of things that you can buy loose yourself but are give in decorated boxes, thaals or trays. Some people even put them in decorated jewelery boxes. Some families send it to the bride on the mayoon. It can even have a paranda or gaana but not so sure about that.
Some people put in 7 specific items and the groom gives it to the dulhan on the baraat day so that she can beautify herself for him.
