I took Sociology class some time back and teacher had an intersting quiz…He said just write 6 points about “who Am I” and try to be honest on this one about urself…It was interesting…Let’s try it here, if you guys like it and see how would that work…

Back tracking is one thing my psychiatrist has advised me against. It has negative ramifications. Does more bad than good. I am only suppoed to think of present and future.

This conversation proves my first point.
