The experts opinion ( Srilankans in this case) says that 85% prevention from dengue is possible by public awareness and by their cooperation, spray won’t control it.. now, SS did blunders but what this visionary was doing at that time??? calling dharnas against drones and calling names??? did he instructed his ORGANIZED party to generate awareness or may be he was waiting for the out-break so that he can score on the dead bodies…
