A whitening toothpaste won’t whiten your teeth, but it will work in lifting staining and discolouration on your teeth. I use a whitening toothpaste and I am always being asked what toothpaste I use! If your in the UK, you could try what I use - its Colgate Total plus whitening. Use it two times a day and you should notice a difference.

You must understand though that this will not whiten your teeth like professional whitening will but it will work to lift the ‘yellowing’ that you have.

cool,. how long to notice results, and how long do you brush for? a minute twice a day?
