hmm can i share what has worked for me?
Listerine Vibrant whitening mouthwash, twice a day, before brushing as usual and my teeth were noticeably whiter in about a week or so. Love love love the product.

If they follow u're advice they CAN.. but they shouldn't!

i know it sounds very weird. but rinsing with coconut oil is said to really whiten teeth!!!!!!

Baking Soda works well.
take a pinch of Baking soda & a pinch of salt & put it on your brush & brush your teeth with it once everyday .
It will whiten your teeth.
uskey baad use your regular toothpaste to brush in order to prevent from cavities & stuff :)

Don't know about natural solution but laser definitely works. A friend got it done from pak a year ago, she's still happy!
