Ok so im really freaking out. I am 25 and I had one or two white hair before but they never worried me much because they used to get mixed up with the rest of my hair and were not prominent. But for a few days i have suddenly noticed an increase in white hair on the front of my head, near my forehead. and i can see that they seem to be new as they are not so long. Considering the fact that they are at the front, they are prominent. Im really worried…i havent changed anything in my daily routine. I oil my hair once a week. I used to have dandruff but Alhamdulilah it has gone. I take multivitamins regularly too. What can be the reason of the sudden increase in the white hair?It cant be hereditary. Any suggestions, advices, tips anything will be appreciated.
p.s. can i prick them plz plz plz…

Some people start to get them early. I have learned to live with them.

Dye them, then InshaAllah. But, avoid black.
I mean, how many are you going to pluck? It's gonna get annoying in a little while.

I found a really short white hair at the front of my head. It's so white it freaks me out but i dont wanna touch it because i've heard so many times that if you pluck them out more of them grow back :/

it's probably jst stress... and if they are just one or two just pluck em out its a MYTH that u'll have more if you take em out...and yup take good care of your eating habits ...stay happy:)

I found my first one at 22. What’s weird is that the END was grey and the root was dark, so sometime senior year of college I was super-stressed I guess, and then things went back to normal. It happened again after I had a baby.
Now I have a few that are the real deal.

dont worry, some people have more, some people have less -- at the same age
also, maybe its becoz of the products that you are using, hair products i mean
becoz a friend of mine used to use hair gel a lot ( regularly) and he started getting so many white hair, but as soon as he left using hair gel, his hair turned back to normal...

OMG Sahar02 i found a similar hair like that - the end is grey but the top part is really light - like lighter than my own actual hair! Mayeb i was so stressed it was grey then i was so not stressed at all and it went lighter?
