what cause white /gray hairs in early age like 20sss
i m noticing many girls having white/grey hairs and they are so young in just 20sss..and thier many hairs are white

Stress and poor diet perhaps 
It could be hereditary

Poor diet i would say. Exposure to sun as well. A lot of chemicals in the form gels, sprays, mousse etc would do that too.

It's very unlikely that it would be any of the above. You would have to have severe vitamin deficiency or a thyroid problem.
Stress can be a factor but we are talking a LOT of stress.
Otherwise it is heredity. My dad was almost completely white haired by 40. I also started getting white hairs in my teens but that's drastically increased in recent years and only near the front of my head, which is an indicator that it is heredity.
^ I agree, one would have to be very malnourished for it to effect melanin levels and you’d see differences in skin colour as well if that was the case.
It’s simply down to genes. I’m 20 and I can now see a couple of white hairs near my fringe, both my mum and my dad starting getting white hairs around their 20’s too so I expect it’s something I’ll just have to live with :hinna:

white hair are also caused due to vitamin b12 deficiency, the diet needs to be taken care of i think to a great extent
Hereditary and bleach that's used for highlights/lowlights..

even with some medicated lotions...a reknown dermatologist gave my sis a medicated lotion for her hair dandruff.she used once and then she noticed 4,5 whiite hairs :(

Change your shampoo! Shampoos make them white. I'm a guy and my hair are also turning white very fast becoz I have to shampoo every day
