I wana know if a person lacks white blood cells is there any way one can increase it… any home remedies or foods that one should include in the diet…

I think its red cell count that needs to be high. A high white-cell count indicates infection - since its the white cells that fight infection. A high white count can also indicate cancer. What kind of blood test did you have that is making you concerned?
Low red count is known as anemia. To increase it, you take iron supplements either in vitamin/pill form or by increasing red meats, spinach and other (mostly dark green leafy veg) high in iron.

the count is way below the normal WBC count...... it is almost half of what it suppose to be ...
the doc is freaking out too......
she booked an appointment wid a specialist.....
