ok i asked mom heres how she makes white beans
fry onion add garlic, ginger , red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder then add 1 pound tomatoes and bhonofy it till oil separates then add boiled beans cook for 10 mins
add qasoori methi cook for few more mins
garnish with coriander and green chillies
it turns out really yummy

yaar do mention the quantities.how many onions,redchilli and garlic???

1/2 kg beens
1 onion medium sized
3 tomatoes medium sized
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste i.e half tbs ginger and half garlic :@:
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp coriander seeds (whole)
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tub yoghurt (170 grms approx)
mom's message: u can adjust quantities according to ur taste :@:
