1- doubl cream
2- hand whip is fine but b careful not to over whip as it will turn into butter

i use double cream and icing sugar for making it at home. beat it in a metal bowl placed in another large bowl full of ice cubes and water (chilled). BUT i use an electric beater
You can use double cream, with a normal whisk. Will take about 10-15mins but it can still be done. Never tried it with single cream.
I made Eton Mess earlier on in the week. Some of the cream, I kept aside and used crushed strawberries for flavouring. Just experiment a bit. You will be sick of cream:cb: but atleast you will know what works and what not.

Inspiron, I just want to try out simple whipping cream on making dessert starters … Like the other day , I cubed some fresh fruit and piled a spoonful into a plate .. wanted to use some whipping cream around it … but didnt know how to make it … khair will try now inshallah
