If it wasn't for ICL suing him he would have been doing what the other leading internationals are doing.

It will be a good thing for Moyo. even if it is for few weeks...i hope he uses this time for his own good and unlearn some bad habits of playing away from body, running between wicket, bad fielding etc etc. I think it is a good chance for him to keep the form going (from Zim/Bdesh series) to coming season.
is he going to be back before some ODI Tri series in BD in june?

I don't think he will be back as Lancashire signed him as a full replacement for Brad Hodge who signed up for Kolkata Knight Riders. County season runs till September so I think Bangladesh won't be a big series to miss for him.

I think he comes back mid season. If he doesnt then its a very good thing for Moyo as i can not remember last time a pakistani batsmen played for a full season of county cricket since Malik for essex in 1991.
Pakistani batsmen not getting pickedup for County cricket is one of the reason for the downfall of Pakistani batting line up. Inzi and Saeed were class act in late 90’s but had they gotten more county exposure like Zaheer, Javed, Mushtaq, Asif Iqbal etc etc in 70’s and 80’s, they would have been more productive for Pak.
What playing in those conditions does is it makes you more productive by being able to play in different conditions in short period of time and being able to to play out of your comfort zone ( Moyo doing net practicing in off season in Pak vs playing county for season) which makes a huge difference in players temperament + technique.
Moyo can not blame anyone for the IPL lose. I strongly believe tat it was his selfish batting during the ODI series where he didnt accelerate when he was required by the team and instead (successfully)accumulated runs for his own series total. It was that display that turned IPL organizers off and decided to stay away from Moyo.
