Some peoples says that when Adhaan and/or Iqamat going on, it is not allowed at that time one may use washroom (toilet) and one must wait till the Adhaan and/or Iqamat is over.

Oky n agreed. So suddenly a person want's to use washroom but he waited till the adhaan is over and than went to washroom and was late for congregational prayers (ba jamaat namaaz). In that case its acceptable to offer nammaz late?

yaaraa yeh kahaN kii chanDoo Khaane kii KhabreN laate ho bhai mere? azaan aur iqaamah ke ba'd tak banda kaise ijaabat rok saktaa hai? bal k Hukm to yeh hai k agar bait ul Khalaa kii Haajat ho to pahle rafa e Haajat kare phir Allah ke Huzoor namaaz meN khaRaa ho...hai na?

If someone was already in bathroom then it's ok.

But if you have to use it right after adhan,then yes first you can use bathroom,then can for Namaz.
I read somewhere that namaz is not accepted or makrooh while holding * need of going toilet*.

Azaan ya Iqaamah ke waqt not Azaan aur Iqaamah tk. Kehnay ka matlub hy jab Azaan ya Iqaamah ho rahi ho us waqt.

sab se pahle yeh k aapko bhii 'PEACE' kahne kaa chaska lag gayaa? mujhe bhai salaam bhej diyaa kareN to mere aur aapke Haq meN bahtar hogaa :) Islami tareeqa aur Hukm hai k musalmaan musalmaan ko assalaamo alaikum kahe yaa kam se kam salaam hii kahe...Khair...u kii marzii par plz mujhe salaamtii bhej diyaa kareN thankoo :)

Thats y, as a Muslim one should now ke azat ka waqt honay wala hay, and he/she should use the bathroom some minutes before.

There is no religious reference which forbid you to use washroom during Azan, however if you are not in need of it and it is the time of Adahn, you should stop your business/daily work and let the Azan finish first, but again Islam is deen-e-fitrat and any emergency during Azan can allow you to skip earlier order, and again it is just my understanding you should consult to Scholar about correct rulings of Azan.

there isnt such a ruling in the quran haina? it is the call of prayer, a reminder to pray. i do not know anyone who doesnt go washroom etc when hears alarm. normally every one goes and does his or her wudhuu upon hearing. sometimes in the middle of azan.

I have heard of this too. It is probably because your attention is not fully towards praying i.e. you are distracted. I have no reference for this though

“Abdullah b. Amr b. al-As reported Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: When you hear the Mu’adhdhin, repeat what he says, then invoke a blessing on me, for everyone who invokes a blessing on me will receive ten blessings from Allah; then beg from Allah al-Wasila for me, which is a rank in Paradise fitting for only one of Allah’s servants, and I hope that I may be that one. If anyone who asks that I be given the Wasila, he will be assured of my intercession.” (Muslim, Book 4, Hadith 747)
In the hadith, the repetition is commanded providing that you hear it. The repetition of adhan means leaving other occupations. Hanafi scholars considered it as wajib to leave other occupations such as reciting Qur’an making dua, speaking, giving salams or chantings and occupying oneself with the repetition of the adhan.
There are certain reasons validating not to repeat it. While you are performing prayer, in toilet, … In these situations you are not supposed to repeat it. But apart from these, it is wajib for every individual young-old, male-female, clean-junub.
If we need to leave reciting Qur’an while the adhan is being called, then occupations like relieving oneself is also not considered to be appropriate. But if the adhan starts while you are in bathroom relieving, then you are of course not supposed to repeat the adhan since toilet is not the place for this repetition.
