Which wheatflour you use?

Which kind of wheat flour do you use for chapattis? We often go for Elephant atta, medium flour but this tme I have gone for wholmeal as the medium was too rubbery, I am thinking the wholemeal is too dark so I might make my own conconction and mix the two lol

Hey NM, that is what my mum does - mixes wholemeal and medium flour.

My dad eats wholemeal + rye flour roti... but he's brave.

i think 60% whole-wheat and 40% all-purpose flour is a good mix. it'll give a great texture and color...:)

we eat medium Champion aata, and its perfect for us not too brown or white at the same time..
