As Andy Zaltzman put:
It was a case of Bad Pakistan side beating the Good Pakistan side.

India did not beat Pakistan. Pakistan beat itself in India Vs Pakistan game. The best match being the semi final.

Over all India Vs England, Ireland Vs England and England vs South Africa were the game full of thrill. Incidentally England was involved in all three.

That too. But Pakistan batting was exposed in that. It was the bowling that had won it for Pakistan.

Even in quarter finals, winning with 10 wickets was not convincing for me. A lot of shots played were cross batted. We definitely need a batting coach.

The most entertaining matches for me were.
1) India vs England
2) England vs Ireland
3) Austrlia vs Pakistan

Pak vs India was not entertaining it was boring watching Misbah and building pressure and watching everyone around him get out without him taking the power play.

For me the best match was IND vs ENG . From Strauss's amazing innings to seeing England chase down the huge total of 338 , leaving the match tied.. It was a thrilling game !
