Guys - im going dubai for holiday and i’ve heard its really hot over their - now i don’t have a clue of what factor sub protection i should take!! actually don’t know the difference…i mean i know spf15 is the minimum, but whats the difference between spf 20, 30 and 40???

in dubai i plan to use only abaya! and nikkah! the best protection factor to keep a :Pretty: white skin

The greater the SPF factor the more protection it provides against UV rays. The longer u plan to stay out in the sun the higher ur spf should be I believe. I don't think wearing an spf40 or 60 even when ur not in the sun will bring u any harm though.

You are not planning an elongated sunbatting session in Dubai?? I am sure a few minutes of sun exposure is not going to bring any harm. All shopping malls are covered and air-conditioned.

yes well like FF said the higher the Spf the better the sun protection..... anyways the weather is good these days in dubai ....it isn't very hot yet besides u won't be in the sun 4 long unless u plan to be lounging on the beach all day .....so even ur normal sunblock should be enough....
Dubai is all malls , shopping in air conditioned malls ...the only time u ever need to go out is the time it takes to get to the car n back :)

well aaishaa i think Sahara Mall has a paki clothes store but its in sharjah n its way too overpriced…
U could try cosmos lane they have paki/indi clothes ..i Knoe Princess n Sheetal there have some nice ready to wear but i’d rather shop from back home for that stuff ,much more variety…
but do check out Wafi, Ibn Battuta mall and the Dubai Mall … i think u’ll enjoy them… lots of stuff u can get for everyone if ur willing to dish out a lil
