which school in a small town

Hi,
My friends moving to a small town in Punjab and the only choices for English schools are
Divisional Public School
The City School
Allied School.
Does anybody have any experience of these schools? The kids would be in 6th and 8th.
DPS has been there for a while , the other two started not too long ago.
Any info, suggestions would be a big help.

I have heard about DPS and the city school. They should be good. No idea about Allied school though.
