I just made them with yellow potatoes…the ones with the light golden thin skin.

Russett potatoes are great as well. Never red.

Niks, yellow is the kind I used last time, and they turned out pretty good. Lekin main ne socha there might be an even better variety. :smiley:

Well the only potatos to avoid are kind edward potatoes … baaki her potato ka bharta and paratha bun sakta hai bi :sahar02:
