I just made them with yellow potatoes...the ones with the light golden thin skin.

Russett potatoes are great as well. Never red.

Chips, you can never go wrong with choclate cake and parathas. :-)

Niks, yellow is the kind I used last time, and they turned out pretty good. Lekin main ne socha there might be an even better variety. :D

Well the only potatos to avoid are kind edward potatoes … baaki her potato ka bharta and paratha bun sakta hai bi :sahar02:

Can we stick a picture of the potato, since the names of them differ from country to country? CB are King Edward big red ones?
