  • when you’re asked to become a moderator
  • when you become a moderator
  • when you’re no more a moderator
  • you’re banned or kicked out

being able to read stuff and contribute if you feel like it. i dont fancy being a mod, kudos to those who do it.hefty job

on retrospect i think this was meant for those who've been through all phases?

I'm enjoying now. I like talking to people that have similar view, problems, and interests as me. Some of the topics on here are very interesting, and I'm learning how to cook lots of yummy dishes through the household section!

I felt really good when I was asked to become a moderator by Cod_Red. I still enjoy my job and having responsibilties.

you can’t, that is the whole purpose of kicking/banning.

back to topic now: Being a senior member. once you are mod, members start to treat you as foes and forget that mods are chosen from them. your every post is judged on that & your person opinion is taken as “official” stand. the +ve aspect is that you start to post more sensibly.

Best phase is now, you realize all those that are with you..and you get to know of imposters, multi-nicks as well. At a junior phase u dont know much.
