i got my makeup dun in madeehas n her sister did myn as i was up for party makeup madheeha did my cuzins bridal makeup n she lukd stunning!...u can choose packages from madeeha but im not sure on the prices u can contact her on her website and im sure theres a thread bout her price in this website aswell il find tht for u. photoshoot my cuzin did in shahnawaz n the photos were just amazing!..madheeha do them aswell but i havent sin there album...in madheeha it was a reli nyc atmosphere everyone there a reli nice n kind n not usualy drunk like athershahzad...god dnt go 2 new look i didnt ike there makeup n the gals wont do wt u want them to do which totaly pissd me off...n its jus too packed n ene gal cums grabs u n goes il do u...hate tht...in madheeha it was nuthin like tht as such...i think i wuld sugest madeeha i felt so comfortable there n its kewl to tok to the nervous brides there aswell..it was fun all gals there jus chatting away ..plus gud makeup n hair! result!...enewayz gud luk on planning..i kno wt u mean bout the family bit..it was ame with my cuzin n it reli got anoyin at the end...so hard plannin wedd wen ur in eng n tryna get dates sorted..wish u all the luck!

Hi! Good luck preparing for your big day!!
I got married in feb and got my makeup done by madeeha herself, she charged 30,000 rs, and the result was amazing. She had a consultation with me beforehand about what i wanted and did exactly that. i'm not one to wear makeup normally but the result was absolutely stunning!!
My cousin got her makeup done at alle nora 2 years ago and again looked fab.

Thanks a lot to both of you for sharing your views with me and for wishing me good luck. I have read very good comments on madeeha. I am really a bit confused and can´t really choose between Annie (Alle Nora) and madeeha. Well I will give them a call and will ask my sister to visit both parlours to make a final decision. I live abroad and won´t have the chance to meet the beauticians personally before my wedding day.

I need the photo shooting to be done in the parlour due to lack of time. I know that Alle Nora make good photographs (I saw the picture of my cousin from Alle Nora) but have no idea about madeehas.

Well Guys I think it´s more or less a game of luck. If Madeeha offers me to come prior to the wedding day to discuss about my make up and hairstyle, I will definetely go for that. Thanks for pointing this out.

I wish I could dream of which parlour to take:)

madeeha's shoot is done by Deevees in Madeeha's studios for i guess 8000rs..and they are really good..but they provide with only 26 or 20 large pics in the album..not more than that .. annie is still in lahore..she charges 35000rs if she does the make over herself.and her photoshoot is done by her husband Mansoor..they have 3 different sizes of albums..ranging from 9000rs - 16000 rs .. and they have a minimum of 35 pics in the smallest album , both enlarged and small ones..the photoshooot is nice too ! good luck :)

Thanks a lot Prototype for sharing this info with me. See that is my problem, everyone say Madeeha and Annie are both very good. But I have to stick to one of them:) Or shall I book Annie for Baraat and Madeena on Valima, lol.
Some prefer Annie some are fond of Madeeha. And that is a big confusion. I read somewhere that Annie is very stict or may be a bit rude. Well guys if a beautician is charging money as much she wants then she should also provide a friedly service. Don´t you agree? Or shall I do a voting:)

I guess Sidd and Saheli recommended Madeeha. What would you suggest Prototype? I Thank everyone for taking their time and helping me out. I really appreciate that.

What is the price of the bridal package at lilly´s? I have never heard of them. Do they have a website or do you know their contact number? Have you seen the picture of their brides? I remember you told me that your khala got their makeup done by lilly´s. I wish I could see some of their work prior to booking.

i would suggest to go to one for both days..so that they can make you look different on both days , knowing what they did last time..madeeha's do subtle make up with red..i mean light and decent one..allenora is good too but they do a heavy one with red which looks good too.. it depends on your liking :) you can even go to Mighty's.. they do matte nice make up too .. and charge the same as madeehas or allenora..042-5753240(mighty's)

Close ur eyes and just visit directly ...........and yeah she is still practing in lahore .....make a bride like fairy.......

Lily is famous for hair cut ........not recommened for bridal makeup at all....
My cousin got her makeup done from allenora .........and she charged 50,000 for both days not a big deal(Annie comes in our family circle)thats why she charged 50,000 other wise she would take 35 ,000 for one day i guess......
For phtography go for Shahnawaz,Afaq and afzl.

Mujhe to andaza nahin ke kesa makeup acha lagega. My baraat dress is red with black contrast and Valima dress is light blue. Haan yeh baat aap logon ki theek hai ke jana aik ke paas chahiye taake wo aap ko pichle din se different tayar kare. Like baraat pe bridal makeup aur valeeme pe model makeup. Thanks Prototype for giving me mighty´s number. But contact number se faida nahin yaar, main ne aaj Madeeha aur Alle nora ke clinic call ki, but wo phone pe charges nahin batate. Chalo madeeha ki Email Id hai, unhen to email kar di hai, lekin what about Alle Nora?? WO madam phone pe farma rahi thii khud visit karen. I told her I live in abroad, I can not come to discuss all this. But she said; Nahin aap ko aana parega. I guess mighty ko bhi call ki to yehi sunne ko milega. Ab main apni sis ko hi pk main kahungi ja ke yeh sab clinics check kare.
Shahnawaz ki mai ne bohat tareef suni hai, but problem yeh hai ke meri baraat gujrat main aani hai, so Lahore se mujhe Gujrat pohanchna hai, aur due to lack of time main mazeed kisi photographer ke paas nahin ja sakti. so mujhe parlour main hi photo session karna hoga.
Yeh aankhen band kar ke choose karne wali baat pasand ayi mujhe. Jitna zyada sochungi, choice utni mushkil hogi. Acha aap sab jo Alle Nora se tayar hue ho ya jante ho, can you please tell whether Annie discuss the makeup and hairstyle prior to wedding day? Yaar wo kahin bohat rude to nahin, like the lady on phone today. That I cant bear. Aik to paise bhi do aur nakhre bhi bardasht karo.

So guys phir Alle Nora ko done kar loon na? lol
I guess apne saath saath sab ka demaagh kharaab karungi....

i live in texas..and got married last year in lahore..hadnt been there in 10 yrs or so..and the only person i could get help from..was my cousin..she had her makeup done from madeeha for her engagement...but was unhappy due to the fact..they made her look like a 'pastry' ..or apparently 'not human' (her words) :-( after looking at her pictures...i agreed..she is very fair..and instead of using techniques that were subtle and aesthetic..they basically plastered the poor girl's face with odd colors..and turned her into a mannequin..i researched a lot..and we both agreed to go to NewLook...Arsh was the makeup artist who took care of me..i had brought my own makeup(serious suggestion for all brides to be)..and instead of letting her do whatever..i told her exactly what i wanted..(no base..dramatic eyes without the scary shadow..min blush..and lipstick)..it worked..and it cost me a mere Rs15000!

Thanks for sharing your views. Chalo Madeeha ke bare main kuch negative bhi suna, abhi tak to sab bohat tareef kar rahe thee and I was very much confused which parlour to choose. Par I guess ab Annie ko ok kar dena chahiye. Aage kismat. Lekin itni tarakki ke door main Alle Nora does not even have a website. Ab banda khud kese pohanche wahan. Bhala phone pe charges batane main kya kabahat hai?

saimaabbas: annie doesnt even talk to you or consult before the make up ! and she wont even listen to you while she's doing the make up even..i got mine done by her..the end result was not bad but i stayed nervous all the time cuz no one asked me abt the hairstyle,etc i wanted to have..they do it what they think is good ! whereas madeeha discusses everything prior to the big day ..

Well its alwayz a tricky situation 2 decide for these things...but from what i have seen of annie's brides....all of them looked good. I have been 2 many weddings where i was compelled 2 ask where the bride got her make-up done from cuz they were average lookin girls but lukin very pretty and the answer i alwayz get is annie so ya if i have 2 decide for myself i wl pick her. Also 4 yrs ago we got our bhabhi's make-up done from her personally and it turned out really well...for barat she went 2 new look and eevry1 saw a difference on valima where she luked really much better. On my sista's wedding which was 5 yrs ago i got party make-up but at that time annie's mom had passed away just recently so their parlour was a mess....there were very few girls n annie said it was cuz she didnt come 2 parlour for 2 days n many girls went missing taking holidays or wateva....so she actually did most of my make-up herself...and every1 luved my make-up...so i have neva seen any1 look bad when she is done by annie's parlour esp herself...but i do agree she is not very open 2 ideas or suggestions but i guess so is the case with ather shehzad...i remember havin an argument with her when i told her the duppatta setting was nt done in the way it was suppose 2...n she was like oh beta i have also been designing n i know blah blah...so 2 that i had 2 tell her that since wat the bride is wearing is nt her creation she shud listen 2 us as the designer had precisely told us how 2 get the duppatta set...newayz so ya i dont like this attitude when people make it big they think they dont have 2 listen 2 their customers, etc. Anywaz.....coming back 2 yr question if i were in yr place i wud go n talk 2 both of them personally n analyze which 1 is better for me...and ya she charged abt 22,000 4 yrs ago for signatura make-up and that 2 after she knew we were recommended by a common frnd anna of lajawanti.

thanks to all you yaar. Isi cheez ka main keh rahi hun ke agar inhun ne baat sunni nahin to yeh masla hoga. Ab bande ko khud bhi andaza hota hai aap pe kya suit karta hai kya nahin. Aur itna right to aap ka hona chahiye ke apni pasand na pasand batayen. ab main bethi darrti rahun ke Annie ko yeh bura na lage wo bura na lage, yeh kya baat hui. Tareef to anni ki main ne bhi bohat sunni hai, par tareef madeeha ki bhi bohat hai. Aur kam as kam wo pehle aap se yeh sab discuss bhi karti, which i like very much.
Madeeha ko main ne email main contact kia thaa, jawaab main phir unhun ne likha hai ke I should come and visit them. Ab main inhen kese samjhayun that I dont live in pk aur shadi se kuch deer pehle aa rahi hun, so pehle kese ayun.
Main sis ko kehti hun ja ke dekh aye, aur jo log zyada efficient + friendly hun unhen ok kar de, since muft main yeh kaam nain karate. so customer oriented bhi hona chahiye inhen, Jo ke pk main Allah kle fazal se hardly hote hain.
Balke unke hisaab se hamen shukar guzar hona chahiye ke wo hamara kaam kar dete hain. hadd hai.
