Sheffield Uni i have heard is good. I havent heard of the other place. :D
Best thing to do is to attend the open evening of both Institutions and get a hands on feel of both places. It should insha-allah make the decision easier for you.
Also get hold of former students or people you know attend those places and see how they find it.
