Which one is better?

Samsung s200 or Nokia 3100 (in looks and features!)

THe samsung is nicer, higher res. camera. more pol ringtones.
and better design

The samsung s200 doesn't have a camera! I think u have it mixed p with sum other phone!

Becuase i've had a few and been very well built and screens generally much better than the Nokia phones.

TBH I wouldnt go for either of them. I would pick from the following Samsung S300 for a small cool phone but no camera. T610/30 for a good phone with an average camera. Nokia 6230 if you have a larger budget. If looking for a smart phone the Ericsson P900.
