I am new to this forum. i have reviewed most of the threads but still could be not be able to undertsand that which parlor would be best for me. Im going to be married this october INN SHA ALLAH. So i really need your help in order to make my big day as per my dream world.. ;). I really dont have any idea about parlors and their make overs. but i heard that Allenora and mighty are considered best for red but found no comparison among these two in any thread. Although i heard alot about mariyam khawaja but i guess it will be out of my range..
So i need some recent experiences from u all in order to make the right decision. i have per day approximatly 15000K bugdet. I have much fair complexion with roundish face and normal features and the makeup i want should not be caky face full of foundation…yukkkkh… so in short i want a natural look with glamourous eyes and with pure red barat dress colour i guess red lipstick will not suite me as i have seen much brides with red which dont attract me.. so i need a light and shiny shade of red which should suit on my face and with my dress aswell (not the exact dress colour lipstick).
I want to know that which one from Allenora and mighty can give me as a look as described above??
Please help with your latest experiences… im seriously in trouble… ;(…

there are two Allenora in Karachi , one at zamama and another one is called Allenora by Aliya Tipu. I have seen Aliya Tipu's work & its mostly good though I myself didn't opt for it. I wore read and went to Sabz , they did a wonderful job (this is way back in 2009).
If you want to go such famous parlous for bridal make you will have to increase your budget a little bit. There is one in Pearl Continental her make is very light & natural (if that is your choice) & her brides come out nice but in my opinion bridal makeup does not have to be a light & average makeup.

i think she's talking about lahore...i'm not sure about allenora and mighty but Nikki's is charging 14000 and i've heard really good things about them that they do the makeup just the way you want

I got my barat day makeup from Mighty years ago.My dress was not red but she did a pretty nice job.My sister got married 2 years ago and wore a deep red dress and also got barat makeup from Mighty.My sister also wanted a natural look and did not want red lips...Mighty did a pretty amazing job...(sorry cannot share pics..!).I have seen quite a few real life Mighty brides and she always does amazing work...no element of her makeup is too much and it is pretty much a natural look.
I do not know her current rates and if she is within your budget,but I do recommend her..!
Thanks Chips6. Also i would like to ask which would give me better result mighty signature makeup (including all services) or just one day bridal makeup from junior artist (without pre bridal services)? I will confirm about the recent dues of mighty within few days.
Also if someone have experience with both (allenora and mighty) kindly share your experience. I have heard alot about allenora as well for best red makeover. If anybody can share comparison between two that which one does makeup as per my requirements and BEST offcourse :),, i would be really really thankful to her... :)

Both mighty and allenora are best with reds. If u want a complete dolled up face with prominent dramatic eyes and red vibrant lips then allenora is for u. If you want a chic natural look and subtle transformation u can go for mighty. Both are excellent. Plus you can always discuss your own personal preferences with the make up artists there :)
