though I am aware canola, sesame & olive oils are better. But i wanted a comparison between corn oil & sunflower oil when it comes to desi cooking/deep frying. What do you guys prefer?

corn oil is heavier compared to sunflower i guess. i prefer canola than both of them as it contains lowest amount of artery clogging saturated fats amongst all oils ..thats just me just trying to find a healthier option between corn & sunflower

we switched from corn oil to sunflower oil, and the food tastes better

We use canola oil, olive oil is the healthiest.
I like olive oil personally and for frying I use canola. I haven't tried sunflower oil but I think I will now. Does it have a taste and if yes, does it smell odd like vegetable oil?!? I can't stand the smell of vegetable oil.

I've always used olive oil, and occasionally corn oil for frying purposes. Don't know what sunflower oil tastes like.
