Kanola is the bset, the least amount of sat fat.

Olive oil for most things. Canola oil for frying & deserts. Sesame oil for Chinese.

Canola for cooking. Olive oil loses its qualities when heated. It is best use olive oil at room temperature.

Canola for cooking. Olive oil for drizzling as heating destroys nutrients.

Seasons canoli. It is a mixture of both canola and olive oil.
