hello,

can anyone tell me which oil is good for your hair. ??? Castor oil , mustard oil, cocnut oil??

my hair is long but really thin, can anyone pliz tell me how should i get healthy hair what should i put on my hair???

there must be a reason,do you got dandruff or poly cystic ovarian sydrome,where the hair are lighter on the front or pivot point? your diet, and how frequent you wash your hair? please answer these question so i can recommend.

I do not have PCOD nor I have dandruff, but my hair are too thin esp in the front. I wash my hair 2-3 times a week and i take healthy diet. If I check each hair strand its healthy but overall growth is too less... Can you help me with this Please?

IMO mustard oil is the best

I would recommend Organic pumpkin seed oil. It works as a DHT blocker, to stop androgens that are responsible for hair loss and slow or stunt hair growth. Saw palmetto help in the same way.
Try Aloe vera as it promotes new growth by healing damage on the scalp. It helps by cleansing pores and renews the growth cycle in hair follicles. It also helps by breaking down build up.
Avocado oil is good for hair but I find it a little hard to wash out. Another one is Macadamia nut oil, very beneficial!
