but i do kabi kabi
b/w we have 16 annual leaves (jb employee laina chahe)
8 sick leaves
and 9 casual leaves

i hv 30 days annual leave which is compulsory.
7 days sick leave.
If serious then 60 days medical leave fully paid.... and next 30 days only 1/4th paid
no casual leaves

depends where your going for one ..

i personally would like it to be summer no matter where i go .. but if your planning to go to ice land or something or in a cold country .. and you go there in winter .. am sure your gonna freeze your bleeeps off .. but if your going to the Caribbean ..then you should go in the winter ..cos its usually always hot there ..so when you go in winter it wont be too cold or too hot.

how about maternity leave
just for the sake of knowledge … so u females have most of the time leaves so when u study the kids
