Lots of liner and mascara with just gold shimmer on the lid. No color.
Go all out with the lips. Red.
Remember, don't overdo the eyes since the lip is so bold.

Not if you keep the eyes nice and black. Liner, kajal, mascara. Just don't use color on the eyes. Just a gold shimmer. You have great lips. Accentuate them with a bold red -- same as your dress.
Golden rule of makeup = If eyes are bold, keep the lips nude. If the lips are bold, keep the eyes understated.

natural base n lipstick should b very light....

If you're doing a gorgeous red lip (which looks awesome on you) then keep the eyes neutral, but with nice strong liquid liner in black.

Or do the brown and olive shadow I mentioned with a more neutral lip.

Warm earth tones in textures of shimmer, matte or cream shadows

put on heavy eyeliner n mascara with liteee eye shade and yeah u could use red lipstick but u will hafto see if it looks good on u???

Matching your eyeshadow or lipstick to the outfit is tacky. Do a smokey eye with a brown/black and nude lipstick.
