Invaders don’t give anything to the conquered areas. Its a misconception. If it seems that they had given anything to conquered areas, then one might ponder over what they have taken in return.

Invaders treat conquered areas like people treat their qurbani ka janwar… Give them quality grass, etc to get more meat

like Moghuls and Sher Shah Suri did give something to us. There were others who only killed but nothing to develop the areas where they were ruling.
