which ideology fuels a moderator in his day to day affairs ?

I just wanna say that moderators were supposed to watch “over” the members,now they are watching members.

Looks like few moderators in a couple of sections want to hear what they like or what they believe in just like fascism
Since they are incapable to moderate a debate in their respective forums maybe we can have a little bit of positive dicussion in here.
