Depends really. If the fries were cooked in very hot oil then the fries wouldn't have absorbed too much oil - especially if they were drained thoroughly afterwards.
But I'm assuming that the oil in the nihari would inevitably get consumed and beef would also add to your cholesterol intake too.
So I choose the nihari as being the worst culprit.
