Aeronautics is about 80% mechanical engineering the only problem with it is that it is very niche … Unless you have contacts in that field or you are graduating from the top two universities for that course in the top five of your department then it is unlikely you will find a role in industry. If OP enjoys it … Then she should do it, but if she is doing it for a career then it closes doors rather than opens them unless of course she is better than the rest.
@ OP … Besides you say that NED does not do aero … So if they do mech than do that and later on you can do a master in aero at a different place …
