..i need to ask all of you a avery simple question
which education is necesaary for our lives …islamic or modern???
if we follow QURAN and SUNNAH then i understand that ISLAM is not just only a religion but a whole system that defines each and every role in life.
ISLAM said that follow ISLAM and life of PRPHET MUHAMMAD(P.B.U.H).
but if a person has completed its islamic education(quran,sunnah,ahadith,)
then what is the source of income for him…how he lived his life without any financial support..???

Islam does not prohibit for modern education, Quran direct humans to do some research on the nature ( which is mother of all sciences). My comment can be backed up by the era of muslim scientist who started from Quran and Hadith and ended up as Mathematicians, Chemists, Biologists, Astrologer and still there name and work is appreciated.
Other thing which i would mention here is, Islamic education is not only to learn to recite quran and hadith and fiqah, no, it is our mullahs and some other elemenst who have restricted them to recitation and memorization.
Last but not least, the sole purpose of Human's life is not to get educated in certain field and only work for their bread and butter, it is western system which bring down human to the standard of animals, ( living for food and mating)

W/salam it is important to receive both types of education, both islamic and school/university eduaction, the prophet pbuh alos instructed that they we receive education other than just islamic
