should I buy to have a longer lasting affect. Like there are so many, one is to use daily for 5 min but I want the one which lasts for year or more.
please help.

Once they have made your teeth white, the whiteness lasts. I didn’t like the 5 min ones.

why not use a good whitening tooth paste? its cheaper than strips
