We use olive oil for cooking and canola or vegetable oil for frying.

I use sunflower oil, about 1/2 mug when i'm making curries. Do you think its too much to use?

I use Afia, canola or sunflower , both.

When you use more oil, i find this helps to cook onions and meat easier.

I agree it makes it easier to fry but also adds to health problems later on in life.

you need a few tablespoons of oil depending on how much you are cooking

try cutting the amount of oil you use in half

sunflower is a good oil to use, but must still be used in moderation

:rolleyes: I know!. Think its a bad habit, but i do drain as much oil off as possible.
