Ok in my school they used to fine you for speaking in any language other than english. :(
All these rules were in our school as well, but when original system software is punjabi, learning language and their sophsticated etiqutte becomes even more difficult.
i follow shonen manga every week
naruto,one piece,hajime no ippo as well as seinen manga like vagabond,lone wolf and cub
during childhood vikram bethal,chandama stories books, also read few chacha chowdhary stuff
Chacha wasn't much available in down south, sometimes some english prints were there but I hardly saw Diamond or Manoj comics there:)
