i cant take any actor seriously who shakes there hips like they think there beyonce
his name is prabhu deva sunderam and excellent dancer he’s done alot of tamil films and only a few in bollywood, but he’s known best for his choreographing and then went on to become an actor.
And i dont care what anyone says Madhuri is the best dancer in bollywood

shahid kapoor-(mauja hi mauja from jwm, songs of 36 china town, shaikra ve from fool n final, kismat konnection)
shilpa shetty-duppatte ka paloo from tarkieb
urmila-kambhakt ishq
parbhu deva-he is suberb too (he coreographed main aisa kyon hoon for hritikh in laksh)
mamta kulkarni-koi jaye to le aye from ghatak
karishma kapoor was good too-dance of envy from dil toh pagal hai (though madhuri was more professional but kash wasnot bad too, main nachoon bin payal from fiza)
govinda is good too sometimes (liked him in meri mehbooba tu hoti from jodi no 1)
sushmita sen-mehboob mere from fiza
herman baweja is not bad too...was good in milo na milo from lovestory 2050

i havent seen siri devi but i read about her life and they really praised her dance. Madhuri is good, and so is the actress who acted in "Main Madhuri Dixit jaisi bun-na chati hoon". hritikh, shahid kapoor, SRK, are good, whereas abishek and amir khan dont know how to dance (but amir khan's acting and facial expressions keep his critiques their mouths shut)
what we see these days is more of a choreography where the dance skill turns in to a pleasure, and dancer highly depends on his/her co-dancers, lightening, n props.
dance is a sotto voce and an expression of music which only deliverable though calm gestures, subtle expressions, and eye movement.
