Which atta do you use

I use few brands like golden temple and Maya but after some time the roti get hard..

I want to ask which is ur fav atta and how is the roti texture

my Bhabhii gets Golden Temple aaTaa and she never complained about it…may be she makes the dough an hour before making roTis.

I use this one. Its yummy and tasty.

A tablespoon of yogurt in dough will keep them soft.

Sujata Aata whole wheat if you are in US.Roti’s come really soft.
