I see Pakistan is currently at No. 7 in test ranking… so where will be pakistan if they win this series 2-0 (insallah).
Can they get 6 points to be above South Africe and reach No. 4 ??

Maybe not such a big leap, but they should move up a spot or two. After all, England are the no. 2 team in the world.

Pakistan, in case of a series win will jump to 102 points (currently they have 95 points and 7th spot) and will be on the 4th spot in ICC ranking. They will surpass srilanka, newzealand and south africa.

Pakistan beating England 2/0 and if India beat Sri Lanka India will be 2nd in the table.

Pakistan are #4 with 103 points so we have jumped 3 spots, England is still #2 but with 113 points, right behind them India is #3 with 112 points. If India wins the series against Sri Lanka (they do start as favorites) they will move onto the 2nd position, their best ever ranking since the rankings were introduced.

Chalo ji, ab logon ko pakistan ki ranking improve hone ki khushi se zyada india ke number 2 banane ki possibility ka gham lag jayega.:D:D
