Since the Americans are crying diplomatic immunity for the american commando being held in Pakistan…makes me wonder where was this law hiding when the Afghan Ambassador to Pakistan Dr Abdus Zaeef was arrested and illegally detained by Americans for 5 or so years and then released without any charges or trial???

so-called government of Taliban was shattered, Talibans run into holes or caves - the sovereignty of the country was compromised. So hence he didn’t entitle to diplomatic immunity.

well handling over the ex-diplomat is minor issue, what do you think what happened to all the embassies of Afghanistan and it’s foreig mission around the world - who is in-charge of them?
