We finally got the first “interesting” topic of the day posted in General and now it’s gone. I looked in Cafe (well …I just took a quick peek) and it’s not there. It’s not in Feedback either. This is getting to be like those scavenger hunts. Give us a hint. Where do we look to find it again?

SUMMARY: Without naming names so as not to turn this into a personal attack in any way, one particular Guppy was posting all kinds of generally “uninteresting” threads in General. Probably as punishment, the Mods started moving the threads (which were, without question, as general as you possibly could get) out of General to other forums. Of particular insult was moving one of the most uninteresting threads to Cafe. The Mafia wasn’t as effective killing people by smothering them with pillows as the Cafe-ites were in killing that particularly uninteresting thread by smothering it in smileys. So…to make a short story a little bit longer, that Guppy posting the threads finally opened a very interesting and topical thread ingeniously titled “Moved:” to discuss Mods moving threads to thread graveyards. No way any Mod dared move the “Move:” thread and leave the title in General as “Moved: Moved.” There followed great participation and a good array of opinion was expressed. Then…POOF…“Moved:” was gone.

MV I never did like a half finished story. Now DO tell of names too. I wish to know. Its a crime to withhold such important information from me of all people. Tsk tsk.

rickety wobbly? Tsk tsk you men are getting old. Eat healthy , work out , and make sure no injustice is done to me on gs - that should help.
Now really, if mods were following the rules properly, there would be no need to get all mixed up.
Plus MV (in your line of work) I dare say you have to deal with a lot of such situations!!!
