you can always enroll in an online course where you’ll have the opportunity to attend virtual sessions and possibly complete some assignments (may be optional or mandatory).

Learning HTML/XHTML/CSS/CSS2 and jumping between Transitional/Strict standards with a barrage of browsers can be intimidating at first but you need to dive in head first that means practice as much as you can with a text editor rather then using an application like Dreamweaver or the likes. And to be perfectly honest, the whole online learning is absurd, you can troubleshoot your computer or an application but learning ONLINE is ridiculous. HTML/XHTML/CSS being so easy is prone to stupidity so you have to learn from a curriculum designed by a good source. I would recommend a book over your local teaching center any day but to make it easy; start with
1. Lynda.com video courses for HTML/XHTML/CSS.
2. Read Head First HTML with CSS & XHTML.
3. Dig deeper with FriendsOfEd publications i.e.
Foundation Website Creation with CSS, XHTML, and JavaScript
Web Standards Creativity: Innovations in Web Design with XHTML, CSS, and DOM Scripting
Head first books are by far the best companion for amateurs and FriendsOfEd is primarily for designer but still exceptionally well written books. PM me if you need some help finding these books :)

To be very specific, you need to take a walk around karimabad to find an institute. And take a walk in the morning thats when they are open for admission. Good Luck.

hey b4db0y u live in khi na just hv a trip to either gulshan-e-iqbal on university road or to main sharah-e-faisal, u’ll find so many IT institutes offering coarses. might chk out this website for a list of sum of them
