Does anyone have any suggestions for mehndi halls? I'm looking for a place that can accommodate for 100-120 people. Preferably food and hall together. I'm looking for something near the Scarborough area and its surroundings.. so Pickering/Markham or anywhere near there would be idea... but I don't mind if its not that close.
I just need ideas of where to look! I can't seem to find anything!

You should look into some local community centres. I know Angus Glen has a community centre and people usually rent the space to have low-key events. Centennial College also has a conference centre that can be rented out for events

There's also Crystal Fountains, Grande Luxe, Grand Baccus Banquet, Princess banquet hall. Also the Tabaq restaurant on Danforth has a banquet space...there food is good as well.
Have you checked out Affy's (in Pickering) - they have a banquet area as well.

there is also J&J Swagat in Markham - they have 3 halls that can be made into one big hall if needed.

There's a place called Sawhill Banquet Hall in Ajax. It's really nice.

TAJ banquet hall in toronto, its a nice place and for a 100 people i think around 1500-2000 you can have possibly...always negotiate with the manager...
