[FONT=Times New Roman]Honest Ed's which is a good shop; sales very cheap items, store Name sign lighting up by 23,000 bulbs, this Toronto landmark is hard to miss. Honest Ed’s has been dishing out deals since 1948, and even claim to be the world’s first true bargain store. Household items are often cheaper than a dollar store. You may surprise seeing things from all over the world.
[FONT=Times New Roman]Visiting Centre Island or taking Ferry, walk/drive by Lake shore could be option but I think it will be cold now. CNE and Wonderland rides would be enjoyable but summer is over, so you missed those.
[FONT=Times New Roman]Gerrard India Bazar located between Coxwell and Greenwood on Gerrard st. Many shops for Indo Pak dresses. Visit another Indian Bazar at Albion at Islington. Many shops for asian clothes. Some real Islamic clothes' shops available near Madina Mosque on Danforth Ave, another near Nugget Mosque at Nugget&Markham Rd., and Islamic Book Centre at Gerrard St.

Sweets : Surati Sweet mart (very good for large veg samosa, sweets and namkins), Bengali Sweets, Shirin Mahal, Sai Lila Khaman sweets, and Rajwadi sweets. Halal Pizza: Pizza Land, Arza Halal pizza and Madina Pizza and Mani's pizza and wings.
