while we are on this topic, did anyone get the circumcision done right after birth at the hospitals in the USA?

I have heard that sometimes the docs don even offer local anaesthesia (which I find hard to believe) unless and until you request one for your child.. is that true?

how did the process go?

i had mine done in the winter of 1985 ..right here in NY and certainly it was without anesthesia

if you have boy just tell the attending doc .. made him the man
