hello ladies! im looking for traditional flower haars for my mehendi… where do you toronto girls buy yours? and how pricey are they? are there stores in mississauga?

trying going to a sri lankain I know for my cousins wedding my mammo got all the kajre bridal jewller for bhabhis mehndi my cousins shera and har aswell as my nephews haar all made from a sri lankan...

This probably would require more work...but my friend went to this wholesale flower shop in Newmarket and bought heaps of flowers. She got some help from my cousins/sister and they made the haars themselves. She even made my matching bouquet. It was dead sweet of her, and I would've preferred that over store-bought haars anyday! But again, that requires a lot more work.

luckly my mehndi and Pak flight were on the same day.. so i got mine (tons of flowery stuff) from Pakistan. deadly gorgeous and fresh flowers and very inexpensive too.
why dont you get from backhome?

cost? i dont know. we didnt pay a penny 'cause it was the gift from someone

There is a florist in Sheridan Mall in Mississauga (Erin Mills Parkway south of Dundas) that does desi haars. They are quite nice and she can make a really nice one for as little as $30.00.
If you want roses the cost will go up a bit but the haars are very nicely done.
I wish I could remember her name....it's been a while since we went there.
