Where to get Curtains made in Lahore

I’ll be travelling to Lahore soon and want to get some nice curtains made for my lounge to take back with me. Some relatives recently got some made from Lahore and they look very classy and expensive. Could someone please suggest any good places to get curtains made in Lahore.

I have always got my curtains/blinds made in Fortress...as you go further down,there are loads of shops that stock fabric and accessories.I had some done from something 'casa'...they all have the latest styles and tie backs,and fancy valances if you still want.
They will deliver too,all nicely packed.

Charmed that definitely helped … did you bring them back to london? got them shipped? what was the weight like ? I am so confused , i dunno if i should wait and get them myself .. or should i get them shipped :bummer:

Thanks Charmedone, that's good to know. I too want to bring them back to London. Perhaps, shipping is the best option since all my luggage allownace will be taken up my my clothes shopping ;)

I'm sure there has to be more shops in Defence etc.

I bought them all back with me..or us,I should say.We had four tickets between us,and so it was easier just to do it that way.
They do bind them up really well so it's only a small parcel which easily fitted into a small suitcase.Mr CO does not bring anything back so I usually use his allowance as well :)
If you are having a lot done then yes,I would suggest having them shipped,only it does take forever,and I'm too impatient to wait.I have even bought back some fabric to have my sofas covered..lol.

I don't know of any shops in Defence,but my SIL lives there so I'll ring her and ask,and let you know.

Yup Fortress has many nice curtain/carpet showrooms. Another option is ferozpur road opposite Icchra bazar, lots of shops there as well.
