Where do you guys recommend to buy saree? Should I buy it when I go to Pakistan, or should I buy it from here in US like utsave saree or something… Are indian sarees better then the ones in pakistan?
Is georgette better in saree?
Utsavee has a lot of sari in Lazer fabric… anyone knows what it feels like fabric wise?

I'm from pakistan and I tend to like indian sarees better, to me they seem to be more fashiony - but thats because indian women wear sarees more than pakistani's do :p

^ yup. indians are better when it comes to sarees. but buy a few inexpensive ones from pak too.

Indians saris are much much better, in terms of style quality and variety.
yep in my opinion, and ppl might disagree, but in personal opnions held by me, and my close family friends relatives etc.... Indian saaree stores in US and Canada are a great resource...and ppl in pak are missing out...no matter how hard u try u cannot ever get some thing as beautifully made from pak (may change in future, but this is how it is now)... and u get a lot of variety, and range in indian sarees and amount of work on them
since indian women wear saarees much more than pakistani women, indian saarees are much better
on the other hand, i think pakistani readymade / botique/designer shlawar kameez are the best, and cannot be compared to indian shalwar qameez etc in terms of safai, and cut, and modern designing etc.

Indian ones are better, also Bangali sarees are also beautiful. Believe it or not, if you go on ebay, and put in sarees, you will get a lot of choices, and there are some ebay stores, that offer some wonderful gorgeous sarees and very reasonable prices.
you should also try this website which lists a lot of the currently running outfits and sarees froom various ebay stores.
