I am coming to Pakistan(Lahore) in three weeks to get married and I only have a week to buy my Lengha and do all my other shopping when I get there.
I have only came to Pakistan once before and that was about ten years ago, so I dont know where all the decent shopping places are.
Can anyone give me any suggestions on where to buy a decent readymade lengha. I have heard that you have to pre order them months before.
What wedding fashion is in at the minute? What colours and styles?
My ideal lengha would be maroon and quite light, I dont like heavy clothes and I would like a matching set. Can you get sets matching your Lengha with the Lengha or do they have to be specially ordered or made.

I am really panicking.
Same condition as mine, I had 10 days to prepare and I tell you, its a lot of work! All my clothes from my side were not finished on time. Even weeks after the wedding, I was collecting my clothes, then bringing them back and fort for adjustments.
You can get readymade lenghas and then get it stiched. For jewelery, you migh have to take the sample of the lengha that you ordered and take it to the jewelery shops, there are many decent ones in Lahore, I saw some in Liberty and this this gold market, that I have forgatten the name of. There you can choose the sets that you like, they will match the beeds on those sets to match your bridal dress.
As for fashion, anything is in fashion, that looks good on you, dont worry about the latest fashion. As for not having a heavy lengha, thats good, I think a medium heavy Lengha is alright.
Maybe Lahori guppies can tell you about the bazaars in Lahore, there is Anaarkali, Fortess and Liberty, those are ones that I know of.
Umm ready made lahangas available every where however customize lehangas (or anything) takes time for that u have to order before. as far as jewl. concern u can buy anywhere from anarkali, rangmahel , gulberg all have greate designs again customize jew. takes time. Check out this link

ppl say anarkali is gud but i dont think so coz i never go to anarkali for shopping.
my barat lehnga was done by Libas-e khaas in liberty.
second day from saleem fabrics coz only al-fateh and saleem fabrics type of plazas can satisfy my FIL for shopping.
n i think u can get readymade lehnga from saleem fabrics.
u shud buy matchin gold or diamond set for ur barat day lehnga.....sonika and waseem jewellers amazing.
from fortress u can buy readymade dresses.
