Er I think alot of her outfit, esp the jewelery, is mostly traditional/ethnic, and not trendy or fashion. The dress isn’t a designer knockoff, it’ looks purely original. I think alot of people might not like it because it’s not meant to be a trendy bridal look. Few bridal looks are purely original and just cannot be imitated..:k:

that is a gorgeous dress. i also love her makeup. i always wondered what the hell does deepak perwani think of himself selling at such high prices as if he’s chanel or something. but this dress is seriously gorgeous. if i had that kinda money i’d go for him ( i mean the dress:halo: )

An polyetser/nylon outfit encrusted in cheapo plastic sequins isnt traditional at all. Traditional would mean using handloom silk, with zari, zardozi, resham, kamkhaab. chikan, etc style hand embroidery. I’m all for the traditional look…probably the most beautiful dulhan I’ve ever seen didnt wear a trendy HSY or Karma outfit…rather, she was dressed in an heirloom farshi gharara thats been passed down in her family for more than 200 years.
As far as that dress being original/unique…perhaps in Pakistan that look might be considered different, but as I said before, outfits like that are a dime a dozen in India…I’ve even seen stuff like it at Indian stores in the US. This place in Chicago has dozens of similar, gaudy Indian dresses:

i thought this bride looked great when she showed up in the other thread and still do, she looks v diff than other pakistani brides who go for more elegant trendy stuff, her stuff looks more sindhi to me

Have seen his latest bridal clothes both on internet and shop.
I have never seen this lehnga or similiar in another colour.

hmmm i personally dont like her outfit too much... like the color combo is nice but it all looks the same! like i cant tell where the dupatta begins or where the sharara begins.. there's no rhythm to the kaam... very repetitive and very busy!! and im not exactly in love with this star like pentagon-ish shaped kaam on her jorra...
her jwellry's nice too.. like i love kundan, but then again i dont think it falls in step with her outfit! i think if she'd stuck with wearin any one bhaari jwerlly set, she couldve carried out her outfit way better!
and if she wanted to wear alllll that jwellry then she shudve definitely gone easy on the kaam! it's like too much happening for me to appreciate the bride! no offense intended :)

i find it kind of bizarre this girls wedding pics are all over the web...i'd be wigged out.
PRetty outfit, yes the jewelery was a bit much..i like it with jumbar/tikka/naath and necklace at the neck match...and if you want a 2nd a plain long one looks nice....but all 3 were a bit much and a bit mismatched otherwise gorgeous.

No offense to anyone or the bride but there is just too much going on. I think her jewellery would like nice on its own, very unique but paired with the heavy, bright colored lehanga, its just too much.
